Use and booking terms
Key information to consider when choosing a place and booking through Qonavo.
Booking and confirmation
Provide accurate contact and guest information. Some properties confirm bookings immediately; others need to approve the request. Check the confirmation page or Manage booking for the current status.
Prices and payment
Prices shown without dates are starting prices. Check the total for your dates, guests and rooms before completing a booking. The current booking flow uses payment at the property; read your chosen offer for payment details and included services.
Cancellation and property rules
Free cancellation does not apply to every offer. Deadlines, possible charges, check-in and check-out times and other rules depend on the property and rate. Read these terms before booking and check the final charge shown before cancelling.
