Information you provide
Account and booking forms may ask for your name, email, phone number and travel details. Any special requests you enter become part of your booking. Information needed to fulfil the booking is shared with your chosen accommodation partner.
Session and booking access
Technical cookies and browser storage are used to maintain your sign-in session. Your booking code and PIN provide access to booking details; share them only with people you trust.
Questions about your information
You can check your profile details in your account. Send privacy, correction or deletion requests to the support email address. We may need to verify that you own the account or booking before handling a request.
