How do I find my booking?
Open Manage booking and enter your booking code and six-digit PIN. You can check the status, dates and booking terms there. If you have an account, you can also find your trips in your account.

Open Manage booking and select “Forgot your PIN?”. Enter the booking code and the email address used for the booking to request a recovery link.

Send your question by email. For booking questions, include your booking code; do not send your PIN, password or payment card details. Cancellations and other changes are subject to your booking terms.
